Handmade Beech Wood Stool J27

This stool epitomises Børge Mogensen’s furniture design when he was head of the FDB Møbler design studio in the 1940s. A restrained and simple design that does not cry out for attention, but which fulfils the original role of the stool – a piece of practical yet well-designed furniture with general appeal. The J27 stool serves as an extremely versatile piece of furniture with multiple functions – for use at the dining table, for sitting on during an informal conversation or when doing homework in the living room.
