Liebe Judith,

Dear Judith, \n

thank you for your honest and detailed feedback on the Pendant Light Styrka.

😔

We \n are very sorry to hear that the hanging options and the canopy do not meet German standards and that this made it difficult for you to assemble properly. We absolutely understand your frustration with the lack of suitable cable routing and the unprofessional-looking attachment.

You raised a very important point - it is unacceptable that these regional differences in assembly devices are not clearly mentioned in the product description. Your comment helps us revise our product information and inform future customers about these special features so they can make an informed purchase decision.

We take your valuable feedback very seriously and will look at how we can better communicate such regional differences in Scandinavian products. We are at least pleased that, despite the additional effort, you have found a solution and that the lamp itself meets your expectations.

Thank you for your patience and constructive advice!

Your Westwing team

Merci pour votre retour détaillé, Clara. 😔

Thanks for your detailed feedback, Clara.

😔 \n

We are very sorry that the Styrka Pendant Lamp did not meet your expectations. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the size of the opening which limits the choice of bulbs and therefore the lighting power, especially when you want to use it as the main light.

We also regret that the assembly instructions are not clear enough and that you are having trouble attaching the top of the lamp properly. These issues, combined with the price, actually make for a very frustrating experience.

Your feedback is valuable in order to improve our product descriptions in order to better inform on technical specifications and to review the quality of our assembly instructions. We invite you to contact our customer service who can assist you with a return or exchange.
