Bedspreads should never be bought too small: they should be at least the length and width of the bed plus about 20 cm on each side. This will ensure that they cover the entire bed and reach under the edge of the mattress.
For a bed size of 160 x 200 cm with approx. 35 cm drop on each side.
For a bed size of 180 x 200 cm with approx. 25 cm drop on each side.
