Vielen Dank für Ihr ehrliches Feedback, liebe Hannah. 😔

Thank you so much for your honest feedback dear Hannah.

😔

We \n are very sorry to hear that the Glass Pendant Lamp Millie has arrived to you with scratches and blemishes. This is of course unacceptable and does not meet our quality standards for packaging and shipping.

We also understand your disappointment with the brightness — it's frustrating when the lamp is darker than shown in the product images and therefore emits less light than expected.

Your detailed feedback helps us a lot to both improve our packaging methods and make product images more realistic so that future customers have more accurate expectations. Please contact our customer service - we will be happy to help you with an exchange so that you get a perfect lamp.
